At approximately 11:56AM EST on Thursday, January 11, 2024, we experienced an interruption to Twyll that prevented end-users from accessing the site. Twyll access was restored at 12PM EST. We determined that a recent deployment caused the interruption and quickly performed a temporary rollback of that deployment. After further investigation, we identified the root cause and deployed a long-term fix at 6:16PM EST on the same day. Ensuring uninterrupted access to Twyll is very important to us. We apologize for the service interruption and are improving our processes to prevent this kind of interruption from happening again.
